  • Student Exchange Programs
    • Studying at the UOU is a challenging and exciting opportunity to enrich academic knowledge and experience. Each year, the UOU welcomes about 100 students from the overseas partner universities. Participants study at the UOU for one or two semesters as non-degree students
  • Duration
    • one semester or a full academic year
  • Academics
    • Students take courses in English or Korean. Participants usually earn 12 to 15 credits per semester.

  • Eligibility
    • Full time enrollment as a student at home university
  • Accommodations
    • Double rooms in residence halls
  • Fees
    • - Tuition: Waived for exchange students
    • - Room: about US $400 per semester
    • - Meals (dormitory): about US $2 per meal (optional)
    • - Korean Language Programs: Tuition waived
  • Required Documents
    • 1) Application for Admission Application Form
    • 2) Personal Statement
    • 3) Transcript
    • 4) Copy of Passport
    • 5) Two Photographs (3x4cm)
    • 6) Bank Statement indicating a minimum balance of US $5,000 longer than a month
    • ※ Applicants with Chinese citizenship need to submit the following documents as well.
      • 1. Original Household Register (户口本原件) containing all family members (if it does not contain parent's information, Certificate of Family Relation (亲属关系证明) needs to be submitted together)
      • 2. Two photographs (4 x 5cm) for visa application
